A.B.S incorporated its services in hospitality commercial consultancy services, through its subsidiaries, affiliates, and related partnerships, owns, operates, develops, finances, appraises and brokers hotels, motels, resorts and restaurants and star rated hospital and health management services.The firm, now headquartered in Fasanenweg, Walldorf, Germany, was founded by Ashok.B. Shelar, the Chief of the organization.
